I am aware that NSW Police will be conducting random motorbike, vehicle and cabin checks, issuing fines and removing any vehicles from the event that are breaching NSW road rules.
Your participation in this event is at your own risk. In the event that you are involved in a vehicle accident at any point during your journey on this convoy the Illawarra Community Foundation or I98FM (WIN Radio) is not liable for any damages sustained by vehicle or person. You are therefore required to show evidence of all the appropriate registration and insurances required for your participation in Convoy.
I am aware that ALL NSW road rules apply whilst I am participating in the Convoy
I AGREE to follow ALL road rules and directions from the police or designated traffic management company
Yes I am aware that ALL passengers within my vehicle must wear a seat belt at ALL times
I AGREE to only carry the number of passengers my vehicle is licenced to carry
I verify that I am a holder of a current licence suited to the vehicle I will be driving
I verify that the vehicle I will be driving is registered
I will NOT throw any items including lollies into the crowd
I will NOT Hi-Five people in the crowd whilst my bike is moving

The participant acknowledges the following:

The $50 registration fee is non-refundable and includes a 2025 i98FM Illawarra Convoy $15 event t-shirt;
In the event that the 2025 i98FM Illawarra Convoy is unable to proceed due to circumstances outside the control of Illawarra Community Foundation Ltd (“ICF”) the participant forthwith authorises ICF to apply the registration fee as follows:
- $15 to the purchase of the 2025 i98FM Illawarra Convoy t-shirt; and
- $35 to be paid as a donation.

I acknowledge the above.

Whilst Illawarra Community Foundation Ltd (“ICF”) reserves the right to promote events, functions and competitions, those who enter or participate in events, functions and competitions associated with ICF’s promotional activities, including the i98FM Illawarra 2025 Convoy, do so at their own risk. Participants voluntarily and fully assume all risks related in any way to their attendance or participation in events, functions and competitions. Participants hereby irrevocably and forever agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ICF, its employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, insurers, benefit plans, members, successors, and assigns (collectively, “Released Parties”), jointly and severally, in their individual and agency capacities, from and against any and all costs, expenses, damages, claims, lawsuits, judgments, losses, and/or liabilities (including legal fees) arising directly or indirectly from, or related in any way to, any claims made by or on behalf of any participant for bodily injury, death, loss of use, monetary loss, or any other injury. Participants hereby release, waive and discharge any claims, demands, damages, expenses, losses or liabilities (including legal fees) against the Released Parties for any injury, illness, death or monetary loss relating in any way to the events, functions and competitions including, without limitation, the i98FM Illawarra 2025 Convoy.
