Stall holder expression of interest is open for the 2018 i98FM Illawarra Convoy

STALL HOLDER REGISTRATIONS FOR THE 2018 i98FM ILLAWARRA CONVOY FUN DAY ARE OPEN!.

We are calling for expressions of interest prior to confirming stall allocation for both the Free Convoy Family Fun Day at Albion Park, and our two starting locations, Maddens Plains, and South 32 Appin Colliery. We do this to ensure we do not get too many of the same types of stalls and their is adequate business for everyone.

  • Due to space restrictions, we cannot guarantee that all stalls who register will receive a place. You will be notified if the allocation has already been exhausted.

2018 FEES FOR STALL HOLDERS:

  • Coffee Vans $200 CONVOY FUN DAY, no charge Maddens Plains or Appin South 32 start points.
  • Food Suppliers $300
  • Market Stall: $200
  • High Volume Trade Stalls: $500 (These are for stalls that are promoting a business, and not selling products at the Fun Day)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ALL STALL HOLDERS:

  • NO DIESEL GENERATORS
  • We cannot guarantee exclusivity of your product at the event.
  • Only those products listed in the application are to be sold on the day.
  • If you are selected to have a stall at Convoy, you will be advised and sent an invoice for payment. If full payment is not received
  • An information pack will be posted out to you by Friday the 2ndof November outlining your site details. Please note; we cannot accept
  • COFFEE VANS: Each fun day stall holder is allocated a 5x5metre area only; you MUST stay within your allocated space as we are restricted due to the amount of trucks that need to be parked at the venue.
  • FOOD STALLS: Each stall holder is allocated a 5x5 metre area only; you MUST stay within your allocated space as we are restricted due to the amount of trucks that need to be parked at the venue.
  • MARKET STALLS: Each stall holder is allocated a 5x5 metre area only; you MUST stay within your allocated space as we are restricted due to the amount of trucks that need to be parked at the venue.
  • TRADE & MARKET STALLS: Each stall holder is allocateda 10x10 metre area only; you MUST stay within your allocated space as we are restricted due to the amount of trucks that need to be parked at the venue.
  • Important Note: Your participation in this event is at your own risk. In the event that you are involved in an accident or are authorities and have relevant food safety permits with you on the day

Stallholders must include a copy of their current public liability insurance. The cover must be for a minimum of $20 million dollars and the insurance must name Shellharbour City Council as an interested party. Your insurer will usually provide this to you free of charge.

If we do not receive the insurance with this form, you will not be considered to participate in this event.
