STALL HOLDER EXPRESSIONS OF INTERESTS ARE OPEN

2024 FEES FOR STALL HOLDERS:

Coffee Vans $250 CONVOY FUN DAY - Shellharbour Airport, Albion Park Rail,
no charge Appin South 32 start location

Food Suppliers: $350

Market Stalls: $250

High Volume Trade Stalls: $500 (These are for stalls that are promoting a business, and not selling products at the Fun Day).

NOTE: Preference will be given to locally based suppliers and stall holders, and those who have previously held stalls at Convoy. Please ensure you list full address details including suburb and postcode.

FAMILY FUN DAY SHELLHARBOUR AIRPORT, ALBION PARK RAIL: set up and vehicles removed by 8am pack down from 4pm

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ALL STALL HOLDERS:

ALL EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST CLOSE FRIDAY 25th OCTOBER.
AFTER THIS DATE WE ARE UNABLE TO TAKE ANY NEW EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST.
This is to allow for invoices to be created, emailed and to give stall holders time to pay

An information pack will be emailed to you from Friday 1st November outlining your site details, bump in and out times and airport rules. Please ensure you list the correct email address in your expression of interest. This will not be sent until full payment has been made for the space.

WE DO NOT PROVIDE POWER - as we are in the middle of an airport there is no access to power. Stall holders need to provide their own generators

We cannot guarantee exclusivity of your product at the event.

NOTE: we cannot accept any requests for specific placement at the event and we will endeavour to do our best to place stalls in appropriate areas, away from similar stalls.

Only those products listed in the application are to be sold on the day.

If you are selected to have a stall at Convoy, you will be advised and emailed an invoice for payment. If full payment is not received prior to the event you will not be permitted on site. Please ensure you list the correct email address in your expression of interest.

No pets, alcohol, or smoking is permitted within the airport family fun day precinct as we are operating in a live airport environment.

All marquees on site to have weights on legs and be tied down

COFFEE VANS - Each Coffee van stall holder is allocated a 7 x 7 metre area only. you MUST stay within your allocated space as we are restricted due to the amount of trucks that need to be parked at the venue.

FOOD STALLS - Each food stall holder is allocated a 7 x 7 metre area only. you MUST stay within your allocated space as we are restricted due to the amount of trucks that need to be parked at the venue.

MARKET STALLS - Each market stall holder is allocated a 7 x 7 metre area only. you MUST stay within your allocated space as we are restricted due to the amount of trucks that need to be parked at the venue.

HIGH VOLUME TRADE STALLS - Each high volume trade stall holder is allocated a 7 x 7 metre area only. you MUST stay within your allocated space as we are restricted due to the amount of trucks that need to be parked at the venue.

Should you require additional space than allocated please add details in the comments section and we will try and accommodate your needs where possible.

Stallholders must include a copy of their current public liability insurance. The cover must be for a minimum of $20 million dollars and the insurance must name Shellharbour City Council as an interested party. Your insurer will usually provide this to you free of charge.

If we do not receive the insurance with this form, you will not be considered to participate in this event.
