Croom Rd Family Fun Day Stall holder expressions of interests now open!

In order to ensure we do not have too many of the same suppliers, we are calling for expressions of interest for stall holders at the 2017 i98FM Illawarra Convoy Fun Day.

Stall holder expression of interests open Friday 1^st of September, and close Friday 20^th of October. All expressions of interests will be viewed but the event committee and successful applicants will be advised via email or phone.

If approved you will be sent an invoice for payment. Your place will only be confirmed with payment and a copy of your public liability insurance.

2017 FEES FOR STALL HOLDERS:

Coffee Vans $200 CONVOY FUN DAY, no charge Maddens Plains or Appin South 32 start points.
Food Suppliers $300
Market Stall: $200
High Volume Trade Stalls: $500 (These are for stalls that are promoting a business, and not selling products at the Fun Day)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ALL STALL HOLDERS:

NO DIESEL GENERATORS
We cannot guarantee exclusivity of your product at the event.
Only those products listed in the application are to be sold on the day.
If you are selected to have a stall at Convoy, you will be advised and sent an invoice for payment. If full payment is not received prior to Friday November 3rd, you will be denied access to the grounds on the day.
An information pack will be posted out to you by Friday the 4th of November outlining your site details. Please note; we cannot accept any requests for specific placement at the event.
COFFEE VANS: Each fun day stall holder is allocated a 5x5 metre area only; you MUST stay within your allocated space as we are restricted due to the amount of trucks that need to be parked at the venue.
FOOD STALLS: Each stall holder is allocated a 5x5 metre area only; you MUST stay within your allocated space as we are restricted due to the amount of trucks that need to be parked at the venue.
MARKET STALLS: Each stall holder is allocated a 5x5 metre area only; you MUST stay within your allocated space as we are restricted due to the amount of trucks that need to be parked at the venue.
TRADE & MARKET STALLS: Each stall holder is allocated a 10x10 metre area only; you MUST stay within your allocated space as we are restricted due to the amount of trucks that need to be parked at the venue.
Important Note: Your participation in this event is at your own risk. In the event that you are involved in an accident or are injured, i98FM& Illawarra Community Foundation are not liable for any damages sustained to any person or equipment. You are therefore required to show evidence of all appropriate registrations and insurances required for your participation in i98FM’s Illawarra Convoy Fun Day as a stall holder. If you are selling or handing out food or drink products, you must also be authorized by the appropriate authorities and have relevant food safety permits with you on the day.
