Illawarra Community Foundation provides over $19,000 in support for local families

Over the last two days the Illawarra Community Foundation provided financial support to a number of families in the Illawarra affected by potentially life threatening medical conditions. Due to the sensitive nature of their medical conditions they have chosen to remain confidential.

Support provided included 2 new ipads to assist with schooling, $8,500 in food vouchers, and $9,500 in fuel vouchers.

"A second round of funding will be opening in April 2017. We encourage families doing it tough due to potentially life threatening medical conditions to apply for support from the Illawarra Community Foundation" says convoy manager, Mark Rigby.

Funding information will be released on the Convoy website and Facebook in April.
