Stall Holder expression of interest 2019 i98FM Illawarra Convoy

STALL HOLDER REGISTRATIONS FOR THE 2019 i98FM ILLAWARRA CONVOY ARE OPEN!.

We are calling for expressions of interest prior to confirming stall allocation for both the Free Convoy Family Fun Day at Albion Park, and our two starting locations, Maddens Plains, and South 32 Appin Colliery on Sunday 17th November 2019. We do this to ensure we do not get too many of the same types of stalls and there is adequate business for everyone.

  • Due to space restrictions, we cannot guarantee that all stalls who register an expression of interest will receive a place. You will be notified if the allocation of stall spaces has already been exhausted.

2019 FEES FOR STALL HOLDERS:

  • Coffee Vans $200 CONVOY FUN DAY Illawarra Regional Airport, Albion Park Rail,
    no charge Maddens Plains or Appin South 32 start locations

  • Food Suppliers: $300

  • Market Stall: $200

  • High Volume Trade Stalls: $500 (These are for stalls that are promoting a business, and not selling products at the Fun Day)

NOTE: Preference will be given to locally based suppliers and stall holders, and those who have previously held stalls at Convoy.

set up and vehicles removed by 8am pack down from 3pm

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ALL STALL HOLDERS:

  • NO DIESEL GENERATORS
  • We cannot guarantee exclusivity of your product at the event.
  • Only those products listed in the application are to be sold on the day.
  • If you are selected to have a stall at Convoy, you will be advised and sent an invoice for payment. If full payment is not received prior to the event you will not be permitted on site.
  • An information pack will be sent to you by Friday 1st of November outlining your site details and airport rules. NOTE: we cannot accept any requests for specific placement at the event
  • COFFEE VANS - Each Coffee van stall holder is allocated a 5x5 metre area only. you MUST stay within your allocated space as we are restricted due to the amount of trucks that need to be parked at the venue.
  • FOOD STALLS - Each food stall holder is allocated a 5x5 metre area only. you MUST stay within your allocated space as we are restricted due to the amount of trucks that need to be parked at the venue.
  • MARKET STALLS - Each market stall holder is allocated a 5x5 metre area only. you MUST stay within your allocated space as we are restricted due to the amount of trucks that need to be parked at the venue.
  • HIGH VOLUME TRADE STALLS - Each high volume trade stall holder is allocated a 10x10 metre area only. you MUST stay within your allocated space as we are restricted due to the amount of trucks that need to be parked at the venue.

Should you require additional space than allocated please add details in the comments section and we will try and accommodate your needs where possible.

Stallholders
must include a copy of their current public liability insurance. The cover must be for a minimum of $20 million dollars and the insurance must name Shellharbour City Council as an interested party. Your insurer will usually provide this to you free of charge.

If we do not receive the insurance with this form, you will not be considered to participate in this event.
